The color difference of the fabric, starting from the fiber control!
The color difference of fabrics has always been the focus of the textile industry. It not only affects the aesthetics of products, but also may reduce consumers' willingness to buy, and even lead to returns and complaints. Therefore, controlling the color difference from the source, that is, strict quality management from the fiber stage, is the key to ensure the final quality of the fabric.
Choose raw materials with stable quality and uniform color. For natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, silk, etc., to ensure that the growth environment, picking time, processing methods and other consistency. For chemical fibers, such as polyester, nylon, etc., attention should be paid to the degree of polymerization, molecular weight distribution, the type and amount of additives in the production process, which will affect the dyeing performance and color stability of the fibers.
It is difficult for the naked eye to judge the color difference of the fiber. In order to solve this problem, Hao Po Jia specially developed a desktop spectrophotometer that can simply detect the sample fiber.
We usually see the fabric, such as polyester, acrylic, vinylon, spandex, etc., its raw materials are fiber. The color of the fabric is pure or not, and the fiber is inextricably linked.

The following is the actual operation process of Hao Po Jia HPC-820N test sample fiber.
The fiber sample was weighed.
The sample was pressed into a uniform plane.
HPC-820N connected to the computer, black and white calibration success.
Test samples, a key to the data.
Note: In order to ensure the accuracy of the test, the weight of the sample should be consistent, and the sparsity of the test plane formed by the sample should be consistent.
The whole test process is very simple, and the data results are clear at a glance.
